At Rapp Dairy Nutrition, our client's profitability is our number one priority.
We focus our efforts on two areas:
          - Getting more milk and components out of your cows
          - Spending less money to accomplish that.
We know that if we can do these two things and do them well, then we can dramatically improve your profitability helping to ensure your longterm viability.

Brian Rapp

Brian was born and raised on a small dairy farm in Western New York.  He studied Animal Science and Dairy Nutrition at Cornell and graduated in 1989.

After graduating, he spent 13 years working for two different feed and mineral companies selling mineral and balancing diets for my local dairy clients.

It was at this point that Brian decided he could better meet the needs of his clients by starting his own business and going independent. Starting Rapp Dairy Nutrition in 2002, Brian's brother, John, joined in 2005 and as the business continued to grow Kienan Gridley was hired in 2013.

All Glory and Praise to God that the business has continued to grow and thrive, as has our family!

Brian has been married to his wife Debbie and partner in the business for 25 years. They have 3 children; Rochelle, Tristan and Shayna.  They thrilled to see their family grow.

Kienan is a long-time Central New York resident, some would say born-and-raised!

He grew up on his family's dairy farm in Fayetteville, and after being inspired by his dairy farming father, and veterinarian mother, attended Cornell University (Class of '09) and majored in Animal Science, specializing in Dairy Nutrition.  Kienan joined the Rapp Nutrition Team in 2013 and he covers an area spanning most of Central New York.

Kienan is a 5th generation farmer, and now lives on his family farm where he raises beef cows and produces hay and balage.  His side-business, Gridley's Cold Spring Beef, markets grass-fed beef directly to consumers and restaurants in the Syracuse area.

In his free time he enjoys riding motocross, playing frisbee golf, and flying R/C airplanes.  His wife Stacey is an avid equestrian enthusiast, and is an ICU nurse at St. Joseph's Hospital in Syracuse.
